Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for exceptions provided by law.
Return conditions
Returned items must be:

unwashed

in perfect condition

with their tags intact

in their original packaging
⚠️ For hygiene reasons , swimsuits:

or whose hygienic protection has been removed
cannot be returned or refunded.

All return requests must be validated before the package is sent.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error attributable to EBONYS.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and checked, the refund is made via the original payment method , within a maximum of 14 days .
EBONYS reserves the right to refuse any refund if the return conditions are not met.
