DELIVERY & SHIPPING – EBONYS


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed on the EBONYS website are prepared and shipped within an indicative timeframe of 24 to 72 working hours , excluding weekends, public holidays and exceptional periods (launch, sales, promotions).


DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimated between 5 and 12 working days , depending on the destination, with a maximum delivery time of up to 20 working days .

These timeframes are given for guidance purposes only.
Delivery delays attributable to carriers or circumstances beyond our control do not give rise to compensation or reimbursement, unless otherwise provided by law.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery and are calculated automatically when placing the order.

Standard delivery is free in Australia , with no minimum purchase.

For other countries, the applicable delivery charges are indicated before payment confirmation , in accordance with current regulations.

EBONYS reserves the right to adjust its delivery costs according to the destination, the carrier and logistical conditions, without impacting orders already validated.


DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

EBONYS cannot be held responsible:

  • delivery delays

  • address errors provided by the client

  • parcels held or delayed by customs services

In the event of a package marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, no compensation can be claimed without prior investigation.


DAMAGED OR LOST PRODUCTS

In the event of receiving a damaged product or a lost package, the Customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting evidence (photos).

Any claim made after the deadline will not be considered.


EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Exchanges and refunds are subject to the conditions specified in EBONYS' return policy .

For hygiene reasons, swimsuits that have already been worn or whose hygienic protection has been removed cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect in conformity.
