These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the website ebonys.paris , operated by the brand EBONYS .
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

EBONYS offers swimwear, beachwear and accessories for sale.
The products are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur depending on the screens used.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€) , inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
EBONYS reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.
4. Order
Any order placed on the ebonys.paris website constitutes a sales contract between the customer and EBONYS.
Once the order is validated and payment is made, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.
EBONYS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made online securely via the methods offered on the site (bank card, secure payment solutions).
EBONYS never has access to the client's banking information.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped within an indicative timeframe mentioned during the ordering process.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier.
EBONYS cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions.
